Question by Pacific: How can I help my spouse?
My wife is a recovering heroin addict. She went to rehab for 30 days and has now been out for 30 days. 15 days out of rehab she told me that she is smoking weed and we got into a big argument and I told her that she can’t do it. Now on several occasions I have noticed that she nods off, like her eyes slightly roll back and her had lowers and than she suddenly goes back to normal conversation.
This happened again yesterday and I asked her to take a drug test and she totally refused saying that I always ask her if she is high and don’t trust her and she kept saying she did not do anything wrong and that’s why she wont take a drug test. So now I am almost positive that she is using again even though she denies it with all that she has. I made a promise to myself that I would leave if she went back to drugs but I cant seem to do it. She wont come clean and wont take a drug test, what should I do? Im looking for some advice…

withdrawal from anything used abusively is not at all bad.. so quit as early while you can.. drugs dat could get u killed for withdrawal? hmm.. i dont think der is one..

Someone I love very much has been “addicted” to marijuana for over fifteen years. Their use consisted of daily hits before work, at lunch, immediately after work, several times before bed, and again in the middle of their night. They pretty much were high 75% of the day and haven’t gone a day without using marijuana since they began fifteen years ago.

As of five days ago, he stopped, cold turkey. He has talked for a few months now of trying to get clean, and happened to run out of weed last weekend and just went for it.

Now, he is like a completely different person. He is hiberbative, extremely quiet, doesn’t pay attention, gets annoyed very quickly, and doesn’t eat. He is acting very cold. I feel like we haven’t spoken more than a few sentences in the past five days, and normally we communicate for hours on end daily with ease. I am trying not to take it personally, but he won’t talk with me about it.

Is their any special vitamins or diet you can put your self on when trying to stop taking percocets and is their anyway to prepare your self for when you finally stop taking percocets?
I am not the one taking the percocets my moms friend is,and she’s tried to just stop taking em’ but it made her so sick she could barely walk.
