Anybody who is fed up of being enslaved to these pills, I completely
understand the fear of living wout meds, but trust me I didnt think I would
see the light at the end of the tunnel but GRADUALLY your body/mind starts
reprogramming itself. This is hard to understand but embrace the pain,
because theres no way around this, embrace the pain because you are
fighting for your freedom ,possibly your life. I hope that anyone who sees
the vids can get motivated to do whats right. I still gt ways 2 go
Thanks for the vids, your a strong woman . Im on day 6, physical cravings
stopd around day 4 1/2 , I started feeling my feelings coming back, I was
somewhat enjoying music and everything was coming back to normal, day 5 tho
I almost relapsed, but what stoppd me was thinking of the hard work I put
in , especially the first 3days are hell. In particular I wont forget day 2
, the withdrawls were at there peak.
Donny- i wanted to thank you for your support thru my ordeal…… It meant
a lot. How are you doing now? I am doing quite well. I will NEVER go back
to how I was…… NEVER. Freedom and dignity is worth all the pain my body
can throw at me…..LOL

Hi Shai, I hope your well. Im starting over this weekend, I fell weak and
started using again for the past month. I have now been clean since
yesrterday morning. I feel so ashamed. I was on day 27. My problem is i
have to go to work on monday so I dont know how thats going to work. I wish
i could just go to rehab or somthing for a week and sleep. Anyway. I hope

I’m at 50hrs since my last pill. I’m actually feeling a lot better today,
the last two day’s were quite possibly the worst of my life. I have been
taking 4-8 10/325 norcs a day for the last year and a half. I’ve been
feeling like a prisoner for far to long and I finally decided enough was
enough. I owe a lot to you for giving me the courage to finally quit. I
just want to say, thank you so much you’re video was truly an inspiration
for me.
