I don’t have access to a book by Zastrow and I need these. If someone has taken a Social Work course and remembers them, I’d really appreciate it. His definitions for “tolerance”, “withdrawal”, and “dependence”, would be nice too. Thanks.

You might want to check with your classmates and/or in your library reserve. Assuming this is a required text you choose not to buy.
Since you don’t say which book and what edition (Zastrow has actually written several social work texts – In fact I got the latest edition of one in the mail today) it is really impossible to answer your question.
