It isn’t like its bad it is better than alcohol and if the government did we would be out of our debt in a couple of years i find the government dumb.

Because we can grow our own pot, and the government doesn’t get money if we can grow it. And they can’t tax it.

Who is “they?” If you want to know why some specific member of some congress or legislature has not introduced a bill to repeal old marijuana laws, it is probably because they wish to be re-elected.

  • Jack:

What pisses me off about the whole marijuana situation is that our government completely refuses to admit their mistakes. They have pinned all this bullshit on it 1. Reefer Madness-Makes you rape, beat, and kill people.2. Same idea except a little less overkill and also the added threat of “addiction” and how it destroys you. 3.-Is a “gateway” drug which physically kills brain cells and makes you slowly go insane, which *again* makes you insane and violent. 4.Today-Gateway drug and has a high potential for addiction, *someone brings up how there have been 0 deaths from it* Above the influence-“That is a lie, 1 joint is as bad as ____cigarettes and marijuana still causes a range of diseases such as Influenza, Emphysema, Tuberculosis. Kills brain cells.

**** our government, so Jamaicans bring over a important religious sacrament, then some greedy-*** motherf**ker see’s hemp’s potential to put his refinery out of business. Now there is a bunch of B.S. medical studies from “respected organizations” and some “reputable individuals” on how it makes you violent. So now follows a narcotics officer extending his power by adding another “deadly drug” alongside opiate derivatives and cocaine. That proceeds to be followed by racism and a whole lot more of **** all tied up in yellow journalism. So yeah they got it illegal. Every 10 years they come up with new “facts” and there’s new “studies” that creates some new complication from smoking marijuana, each a little less outrageous then the last. There have been Hundreds of thousands of signatures on many petitions and they haven’t done anything, which directly contradicts the Bill of Rights Freedom to Petition. Major health organizations have called for legalization, and could help bring up our economy.

My summary should marijuana be legalized?-Yes
How come it hasn’t been legalized- Because our government doesn’t want to admit it’s mistakes and dick out of the conversation every time it comes up and rely on brainwashing youth. ,our government ***** out of fixing all their mistakes. Here is our good Mormon friend Romney having to run away from a guy in a wheelchair(a guy that would be dead if not for marijuana)–>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eNv7lY-ZhKAh
Here are a couple things Romney has said”No I do not see or agree with the legalization of marijuana, I believe it is a gateway drug and the last thing we need is more drug abuse”Many studies have found that either A.Marijuana is not a gateway drug-University of pittsburg, PA or B.-Alcohol is the main gateway drug(yale)-I can back this up. Drinking made me happier than blazing.

“We don’t need it for pain there are functional painkillers out there”<---- Opiates, the **** really?!?! Yea let's get people who are at a very rough patch in their lives addicted to opiates! Then when appetite stimulation comes up hes like "I'm told there are synthetic forms of marijuana availible" The saddest part is how they can tell kids whatever they want and they believe it.

right now theres not a lot of strength behind the legislation to legalize it. if it gains momentum and steam and people back it up it will get passed
