Tramadol withdrawals are the worst one’s I’ve ever had.?
They put me on this shit. and a year later i know i am screwed…i was
hammering the trams for the past few years and other pills got them sent
threw the mail. but i have been clean for 2 years taking this which is
good…but the subs is the next demon to battle..?

Oh I wondered when the YouTube keyboard warriors would show up. Rather than
dignify your comment with a well thought out response I’m gonna go with:

How long did it take you to go to 0.5/1mg? it takes 6-8 months to taper
from 6mg to 0.5..Because the half-life is long, and doing a short taper is
really a waste…You need to be on a 0.5 long enough to stabilize and only
withdraw from 0.5mg..It takes time tapering so doing a quick taper even if
you feel well was not going to suffice..Eventually the half life will catch
up…If you felt fine tapering quickly that was because of the half life
holding you..That half-life was from 4mg, not 0.5.
what dose of subs were u on a day
I tapered from 6mg of Suboxone per day to 0.5 (half-milligram) in 30 days.
From my research you can taper as quickly as you feel comfortable. Everyone
will will have a different taper time. The mean half-life of Suboxone is 37
hours. I’m 14 days off of Suboxone. The subs are out of my system. Thats
why I used Tramadol to compensate for the Suboxone while the subs withdrew
from my body. I was on the Tramadol for only 10 days so I did not become
dependent on Tramadol while I detoxed the Suboxone.
I’m 4 days off of ALL OPIATES by tapering down over 10 days with Tramadol I
haven’t had anything I would consider withdrawal. Little anxiety a couple
times that I took care of with a dose of Xanax. That’s the thing about all
these drugs people are so against and terrified? of. Tramadol, Oxys, Xanax,
etc. They all work great and do the job, its when you create a habit of
using them like we did that makes it “bad”. Using these as I am I don’t
risk dependence and I get relief from the symptom.
I’m on day 3 . when I see people go out and do things without taking a pill
or anything …they are the luckiest people in the world to me right
now………..
I think you should try living in Africa where you eat nothing or if you’re
lucky you eat rice, and your water is dirty and you sleep on a dirt floor
and you’re lucky to live through the next day; where you’re own government
is happy to kill you and you pray for even one second of peace and quiet
and the least of your concerns is being hooked on drugs. I guess what I’m
trying to say is: get some perspective you whining middle aged baby.
My maintenance dose of Suboxone was 6-8mg per day. The last month before I
switch to Tramadol I tapered down to .50-1mg it’s basically a crumb of an
8mg Suboxone.
here’s on for ya ….I’ve been through so many painful experiences, and I
have survived. This, too, shall pass. I can and I will ride out this storm.

hit me hard on days 4 and 5. it sucks, sucks, sucks. went from 5 to 6 mg to
0, one week in this time. if you can sleep thats a big plus
