Thanks for the video. I’m on day 10 without any Klonopin, after 5 years,
3mg/day. You’re right, the positive thoughts are sooo important. I have to
keep telling myself that every day that passes is one more day my brain is
healing….and that it WILL get better. Sometimes it’s moment by moment,
but I will never take benzos again!

  • Robert Muniz:

I’am going through this hell now. I been on klonopin 0.5mg and lexapro
10mg. Been taking them for almost 4 months. At first i had no probelms but
now i am suffering with this. The neurologist gave me this garbage
medication for dizziness.I ended up having a benign mass in my head but its
not dangerous or life treatining. This was diagnosed after a MRI.Anyway now
i have to get off these drugs and its a nightmare! Iam tapering slowly but
still its a struggle. NEVER TAKE BENZOS!!!! THEY ARE EVIL

  • SeekersFind:

    I’ve been on klonopin for 3 weeks. 0.5 mg, 2 to 3 times a day. Should I
start taking half for a week and then stop taking them?

  • billville111:

Breathing slower and deeper than normal helps. Sorry you have to go through
    this.

  • Lance Carter:

First, I am not a doctor. I am not really qualified, but was only giving my
personal experience. I know that if you taper too quickly on benzos that it
can cause seizures. So please be careful. The way I did it was too taper .5
milligrams, staying at each dose for 3 nights. I, like you, only took it at
night. Consult your doctor. God Bless.

I am right in the middle of Xanax withdrawl, I took it for 3 years, I went
from 3 mg to, 2, to 1, and cold turkey, everything sucks, my life has
fallen apart. This video helped for a while but then I moved onto rain
    sounds, vids concurrent:

  • Anthony Aird:

Thank you for taking the time to put this video together. It is much
appreciated and I can feel my hope rising again. It’s a good reminder that
it’s important to taper. I would add that it is probably important to
tackle one addiction at a time, for those of us whose intentions are to
become more than one drug / behaviour free. Thank you!

  • It's Paint & Fluffy!:

you have to open up 2 different youtubes, then just paste those sites, and
play the soothing sounds and forget all your worries.

victim of benzo solved sleep problem at night for palpitations tremors ,
with 500 mg. tylenol before going to sleep… regular tylenol only,,do not
take any medications that label says to help you sleep,,for these chemicals
will counteract with the benzo in your body and wont let you sleep. you
will sleep 4 hours for sure,,avoid more than two tylenols perday, not
friendly with your liver.. the problem is physical, thats why medication
for brain will not work…[email protected]

  • EyeWonderOne:

Thank you for making this video. I’m 2 years off Xanax. I was on 5mgs a day
for 2 years. I’m great now, Wonderful! You all will be too!

  • laaxe:

Until people start beating their prescribing doctors in public with
baseball bats, nothing will be done to prevent further suffering! This
video helps, but makes you focus a little too much on benzos. Mindless
distractions, such as happy or fantasy films are very good! Avoid intense
films. Smoking ups your anxiety too. Too much time researching your benzo
problem can also increase stress. Camomille & Passion Flower (herbs used
for centuries for insomnia), help me too. Good luck fellow victims!

  • Robert Livingston:

    Ty, I needed this badly.

  • NONONONONWO:

    Thank you.

  • Bloom in Wellness:

No, please don’t be discouraged. At 7 months off it is normal to still have
intense symptoms. Klonopin is a very potent drug and it will take time for
your receptors to be up-regulated. So it’s not about being kind! :) What we
share is based on what we have seen over the years through the experiences
of thousands of people including many who cold turkeyed. So give yourself
more time for the healing to continue and you will eventually begin to see
    improvements. Keep going…
